Design Licensing International Pty Ltd (DLI) is a Fremantle Western Australia based company and owner of the Windpods technology. Founded by Windpods inventor Graeme Attey DLI is now looking to  expand and implement the Windpods technology globally. Any parties interested in purchasing units or licensing territories should contact us.

In early 2008 TEI Australia became a partner with DLI to assist with the commercialisation and sales expansion of Windpods.
